As we walk through life, we inevitably encounter pain and disappointments.

Whether physical, emotional, mental or spiritual, pain has a way of forcing us to confront our vulnerabilities and limitations.

In these moments it is natural to deal with doubt, anger, fear or confusion.

Living in hurt, we often cope in ways that often dim our light:
Perhaps you can’t stop focusing on your weaknesses instead of your strengths.
You are stuck doubting or criticizing yourself or others.
Or maybe you belittle your emotions or experiences.
You find yourself minimizing your goodness.
You experience a constant sense of guilt.

I am dedicated to providing compassionate, culturally sensitive, evidenced-based counseling services specifically tailored to meet your mental and emotional health needs.

    We will meet for 30 minutes to explore your therapy needs and determine if we’re a good match.

  • 3. PAPERWORK

    If we decide to work together, we will schedule a date for our first session. You will be required to complete intake documents before our first appointment.

  • 4. FIRST SESSION

    We will spend our first session setting expectations and mapping goals for your therapy journey!
